Terms of being a seller

Last updated: February 24, 2026

These terms apply to anyone who sells on Loro. By creating a store or listing items, you agree to these seller terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

To sell on Loro you must create a store via the seller onboarding flow. You agree to provide accurate store information, including store name, contact details, and a valid support email or phone. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, including descriptions, images, and prices. Listings must not be misleading, counterfeit, or prohibited. You must honour the terms you state (price, condition, delivery options). Loro may remove or suspend listings that violate our policies.

Loro does not currently process payments on the platform. Any payment or delivery arrangement is between you and the buyer. You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, resolving disputes, and complying with applicable tax and consumer laws.

You may not: list prohibited or illegal items; misrepresent products or yourself; harass buyers or other sellers; use the platform for fraud or money laundering; circumvent Loro to avoid future fees or policies; or otherwise violate our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines. Violations may result in store suspension or removal.

When Loro introduces payment processing or seller fees, updated terms and fee schedules will apply. We will notify sellers of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
