Loro

Loro currently provides user accounts, product listings, and direct messaging between users. Important: Loro does not currently process payments, handle transactions, or act as a party to any sale. Any transaction arranged between users occurs outside the Platform and at your own risk.

To use Loro, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and use the Platform lawfully. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and keeping your contact information accurate. Loro is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

The messaging feature is provided to allow users to communicate regarding listings. You agree NOT to harass, threaten, or abuse other users; send spam or unsolicited promotions; share illegal, harmful, or explicit content; attempt scams or fraudulent schemes; or move users to external platforms for malicious purposes. Loro may monitor, review, or remove messages that violate these Terms. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

Since Loro does not process payments at this stage, we are not responsible for payments made outside the Platform, delivery arrangements, disputes between users, or product quality or seller legitimacy. Users interact at their own discretion and risk.

Loro plans to introduce payment functionality in the future. When payments are enabled, updated Terms will apply, transactions may be processed through a third-party provider, and additional policies including a Refund Policy and Seller Agreement will take effect. Continued use after updates will constitute acceptance.

You may not use Loro to violate any law, impersonate another person, post false or misleading information, infringe intellectual property rights, or interfere with the Platform's security.

Users are responsible for any content they upload, including product descriptions, images, and messages. By posting content, you grant Loro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform. Loro may remove content at its discretion.

Loro is an MVP and may experience downtime, change features, or remove and modify functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Loro makes no guarantees regarding user reliability, product authenticity, successful transactions, or platform performance. Use is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loro is not liable for user disputes, financial losses from external transactions, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious behavior, or create risk to other users or the Platform. Termination may occur without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Jamaican jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Loro after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
