Messaging must be used only to discuss legitimate marketplace transactions and safety coordination. You must not send bulk spam or promotional blasts, send malicious links or attachments, harass, threaten, or pressure users, or move conversations off-platform for scams.
Loro may, at its sole discretion, remove listings or messages, limit account reach or messaging, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve evidence (messages, logs, IPs) to investigate abuse, and report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement where required. We are not obligated to provide reasons for enforcement actions if doing so would compromise security, investigations, or user safety.
You are solely responsible for your listings and claims about items, your communications and agreements with other users, inspecting items and verifying identity before meeting or paying, and any transaction you choose to make outside Loro until official payments exist.
By using Loro, you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy in full.
